The host family Pichler introduces itself

Junior boss Thomas welcomes you at reception and will be at your disposal right from the beginning. If you have a question or concern, Thomas will be there and help you out. He will also be in the restaurant in the morning and evening. In the evening he is supported by his girlfriend Lara who also takes care of our social media channels and provides our guests at home with the right holiday mood.
Embark on an unforgettable adventure with senior boss Sepp. Once a week, he’ll take our guests on a little hike and shows them his favourite places in the beautiful South Tyrolean mountains. Of course, he’ll also share some insider hiking tips for the whole Merano area. Sepp also works in the apple orchards and helps running the breakfast room in the mornings.
Marianne is our loving landlady, the kind soul of our house. From the room cleaning in the morning to the 3-course menu in the evening, Marianne is there, always happy to have a little chat with her guests.
Also Philipp helps with service and passionately looks after all outside areas and the orchards.
